Involves a professional caregiver living in your home to provide personalised support, ensuring your specific needs are met. This arrangement helps maintain your comfort and independence in familiar surroundings. We provide 24hours stay in and daycare by hourly package service. These services focus on helping seniors with everyday tasks they may find challenging.
These is what Our Caregivers do :
- Bathing & Showering: Assistance with personal hygiene, including full baths, showers, and sponge baths, ensuring safety and privacy.
- Dressing & Grooming: Support with selecting clothes, getting dressed, hair care, oral hygiene, and other personal grooming needs.
- Toileting & Continence Care: Discreet and respectful assistance with bathroom needs, including managing incontinence.
- Mobility & Transferring: Help with moving around the home, transferring from bed to chair, walking, and using mobility aids (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs).
- Feeding & Mealtime Support: Assistance with eating, ensuring proper nutrition, and providing companionship during meals.
- Medication Reminders: Prompting clients to take their medications on time, organizing pillboxes, and observing for side effects (does not include administering medication unless qualified as nursing care).
